LOUISIANA MARSH

Louisiana
Marsh

in the fall

Louisiana Marsh in the Fall
12 x 12 Linen Canvas Acrylic Paper
Acrylic

Sunlight sparkles across the an open marsh waterway,
behind the silhouette of foreground tree, the inspiration
for this small landscape, depicting a fall scene in a
south Louisiana marsh in early October.
Colors change slowly in the Louisiana Delta fall season.
Green foliage hangs on even through the official start of
the winter season. The possible landscape compositions
are as countless as the Louisiana Cypress trees,
marshes and wildlife.

New Orleans, St Charles Street Car

New Orleans Street Car back on line
Acrylic Painting
8 inches x11 inches
Sold

This study of New Orleans landmark, the St Charles street car,
is a familiar image to anyone who has lived in or near or has visited
the Crescent City.
The cars have remained off-line immediately after,
Hurricane Katrina in August of 2005, and for a while thereafter.
The cars were shipped out of town for restoration,
before the line resumed service.

New original(s)of this same painting, will likely be painted and
posted, sometime in the near future.
