Finally getting a  few more layers glazed over the New Orleans Jazz Saxophone Player's face  and hand ( below). Also further defined the mouthpiece.Still lots to do yet and got to be real careful  and do justice to Aldophe Sax's  windwood instrument.  
I feel a real challenge on the way!  Come back and see how I do!  
As earlier mentioned, this painting was inspired by a source photo that was taken in a procession passing in front of Royal Sonesta Hotel New Orleans, Mardi Gras weekend this year.
